We are looking for a TEAM LEADER COSTUMER SERVICE for a Japanese multinational based in Cornellà de Llobregat.
In coordination with the Marketing Manager, responsible for the Sales Administration Team in given countries in Matrix organization and the process improvement (from order input in SAP to deliveries to customers).
Ensure the proper training of his/her reports.
Monitor and collect sales data that feed PSI, Weekly, Monthly Reports and BP. In coordination with the Sales Manager provide the accurate information to the Marketing Manager who prepares these reports training of his/her reports.
Collection, verification, analysis of monthly rolling forecast and inventory information from the customers. In collaboration through regular meetings with the European planning team. Analyze the stock and feed the Sales Manager and Marketing manager with the right information to take necessary actions to minimize 2nd hand, slow-moving and returned stock. Follow-up and coordinate the process of warehouse inspections (coordinate with technical team and logistics).
Product SAP registration and Pricing: After receiving information from Marketing and Sales Manager about new products to be introduced, coordinate of the entry of product codes and pricing, both in Sales Force and SAP.
Provide Customer related statistic data to the Country, Sales and Marketing Managers, including Pricing, Sales and Returns.
Monitor and guide the administration team for the correct application of internal sales activities: management of trading terms, credits, debits, CHI orders and customer rebates (SAP).
In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, issue, handle and follow-up of all factory support claims.
To be cost effective in all contracts and purchasing undertaken in the department.
Proactively look to take cost out of department / business through efficiency and automation.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Postgraduate studies on the field of Sales Administration or Marketing.
Minimum 5 year experience in similar role
Technical knowledge of product is advantage
Strong command of the English language
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Understanding how decisions affect customers and how their own behavior impacts on the customer experience
Knowledge of Excel and MS Office software package, (SAP)
